your enrollment and payment of course fees, you will
be emailed a username/password that will grant you
access to our secure training website. During the first 3 days (72 hours) after you receive your login information, you will have access to our trial site, which consists of the first TWO lessons of your course, as well as other materials, including several eTextBooks. These first 2 lessons are your introductory lessons, which will get you started and they will give you an opportunity to see the course format and allow you to check everything out. You will even be able to take your first on-line real time quiz. If, for any reason you do not like what you see, if you change your mind and are no longer interested in the course, you may cancel at anytime during the first 72 hours (3 days). If you cancel, you may keep your first course lesson, and your eTextbook's, complements of NHSPC (these are downloadable in .pdf format). After your 72 hour trial period has expired, if you have not cancelled, you will be granted full access to module 1, and to the complete first set of training lessons. Our system is set up so that you are given access to 5 lessons at a time (1 module), along with each modules associated online quiz, audio, video, and eTextBooks. Each time you have completed a set of 5 lessons, you will need to take a short online quiz. If your quiz results are satisfactory, your instructor will grant you access to move on to your next set of lessons (the next module). If your instructor feels that you may be having difficulties with your course materials, he or she will get in contact with you for a personal training session in order to help. Also, you may be asked to go back over your materials and retake any quiz that you had trouble with before you are given the green light to move forward. This system helps to insure that your personal tutor is always able to provide you with the best possible learning experience. We are here to help you at every step along the way. If at any time you need to speak with your personal tutor, he or she will always be only a phone call or an email away!
